For private tutors who teach one-to-one
A Telegram CRM for private tutors
Each tutor gets their own Telegram bot. Students book lessons in it, lesson balances count down after every lesson, and reminders go out on time — in each person’s language and time zone.
What TutorFlow does
- Your own bot
- A Telegram bot under your name. Students join it by a link — nothing to install, no website to visit.
- Self-service booking
- You set your working hours; students see free slots and book, move or cancel lessons within the rules you set. Two lessons can never land on the same slot.
- Lesson balances
- Record the lessons a student has paid you for; every lesson held is deducted automatically. Paid lessons never expire.
- Reminders and notes
- Reminders before each lesson for you and the student, with the call link. Notes on every student in one place.
TutorFlow does not handle payments for lessons. How and how much a student pays their tutor stays between them; TutorFlow only keeps the count. Interface languages: English, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish.
Pricing
One subscription per tutor, unlimited students. Pay for a term; nothing renews on its own.
Prices are in US dollars and are the same whichever way you pay. Tax is added at checkout at the rate of your country. The subscription is bought from the TutorFlow cabinet in Telegram; when it ends, the cabinet stays open read-only until you renew.
Ways to pay

Card payments are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Paddle collects the applicable tax and issues the receipt.

-
